Description:

PZW-001 full-automatic Plastic Box Washing Machine is a cleaning machine which is developed by our company's enginner. It is mainly used for washing various plastic boxes, such as milk bottle packing plastic box, drink and beer bottle packing plastic box and so on, with the characteristics of holding fewer area, water saving and good cleaning effect.

Structure:

The whole washing process includes conveying system, water tank, washing system, steam heating, and electricity control system.

Features:

1: The washing system is three-step washing style. The first washing step is alkaline water washing. Alkaline water is carried to spraying pipes by water pump. Spraying pipes are installed in the up(3 pcs), down(3 pcs), right(2 pcs), left(2 pcs) of the machine. The crate can be spraying washed all-directions. The first washing step costs 20 seconds.The second washing step is hot water spraying. This step costs 15 seconds.The third washing step is clean water spraying. This step costs 15 seconds.

2:Pump and conveying chain automatically stop if detecting no crates for over 2 minutes. Pump and conveying chain automatically start while once again detecting crates.
